Black Friday shopping can be very hard to do. You have to wait in long lines, and hope the store does not run out of those items that are on your list. Is it worth all of the emotional, physical, and financial stress? It can be. Shopping on Black Friday effectively means knowing how to do so efficiently. There are many essentials you will need for a great Black Friday shopping day.
To effectively shop on Black Friday, you need a group. Get some of your friends and family to go with you. Because you cannot be at more than one place at a time, you must separate out. If you take your lists and compare, you should be able to have someone stationed at each spot waiting for the sales to start. If there are multiple stores that need to be hit, someone can be there, too.
If there was ever a time to have a cell phone, Black Friday is the day. If your group is spread out, cell phones will keep each other in contact. While waiting for the line to open you can still communicate with each other to keep each other awake (most sales start at 4-5 am). A cell phone will also help organize a meeting place after all of the shopping.
A very important part of your group is someone called a runner. This person will grab a cart and run to the different places to place the product in the cart. You do not want your main people that are stationed at the sale spots to have a cart because that just gets in the way. Grab your product and then call the runner to meet you with the cart. The runner can stay on the outs of the crowds to enable the others to move through the crowd easier.
Black Friday Ads
Black Friday is known for the sales. Many stores will want to price match. Each person should have their own set of ads so that they can compare the stores’ prices. This will enable you to get the best price possible. If your spend your Thanksgiving night circling the objects you have on your list, it will enable you and the store employees to find the objects in the ad quickly.
