Jealousy often can be a combination of emotions such as anger, sadness, and disgust.
In order to know how to handle jealousy you must understand the emotion and what is the root of your jealousy. What is causing you jealousy fear, anger, anxiety or insecurities? Once you can set grounds on what is the nature of your jealousy you can find ways to handle the jealousy. Some say communicating your jealousy can either make things more difficult or easier depending on the person. Usually communicating the cause of your jealousy is the best way to fix that which is bothering you. There are different reasons to be jealous. Your relationship may be one of the greatest ones and the one that can cause the most damage to your self esteem as person. There are a few people who hide their emotions and choose to not to show there jealousy, while others have no issue picking at the issue as soon as it occurs.
Your decision to be jealous teaches you a lot about yourself, so you must continue to dig deeper into the reason you are jealous. It can be that you feel threatened, scared to lose someone, angry because you don’t have what someone else has or fear of the worst. In order to handle you jealousy you must not have negative thoughts or beliefs. The root of jealousy is negative thoughts and negative beliefs. The simple truth is jealousy comes from not being happy with you. It comes from feeling and seeing that others can do better then you, even when you haven’t given yourself the recognition to get there. In various relationships jealousy comes from a partner who neglects to show you how worthy of a person you are, even though you should know it yourself. Jealousy in a relationship comes from lack of respect or a partners gesture that cause insecurity. It’s from the littlest things you can be jealous; you have to be happy with yourself. All those negative beliefs and thoughts take them out of your head, because they make things worst in the long run.
