Think Thin Mixed Nuts Crunch Bars are the crunchiest bars in the Think Thin lower sugar, gluten free snack line.
Instead of 15 to 20 grams of protein like their other weight management bars, the Think Thin mixed nut crunch bars have 10 grams of protein and three or four grams of fiber. It’s a best high fiber snack and best high fiber breakfast on the go.
I’ve tried some of the other brands of fruit and nut bars or chewy nut bars, but I’m typically disappointed by artificial ingredients. I love the taste and consistency of honey in the line of mixed nut crunch bars by Think Thin. The nuts are crunchy, yet it’s also a chewy bar so I never feel like I might lose a tooth like I do with some dry granola type bars.
I also love the fact that they have 70 percent less sugar compared to other fruit and nut bars. It has just the right saltiness for my taste. I love to take the mixed nuts crunch bars on hikes.
For my Think Thin review, I tried the plain mixed nuts bar, the mixed nuts and white chocolate and the mixed nuts and (milk) chocolate.
I prefer variety. I thoroughly enjoyed being able enjoy white chocolate for my lower sugar snack one day and a milk chocolate another day. For people on a low carb or low sugar diet, it’s not always easy to get all the fiber you need. Four grams of fiber in a low carb snack is definitely a positive. While some people don’t consider the 14 grams of carbs in the mixed nut crunch plain bar low carb enough, I think it’s excellent considering it only has four grams of sugar and four grams of fiber.
Here are some things I learned about the Think Thin Crunch bars from my review:

The chocolate version also contains chocolate liquor, while the white chocolate flavor has vanilla extract and whey powder.
While I still prefer the Think Thin protein bars for a low carb snack for after a workout, I enjoy the Think Thin mixed Nuts Crunch bars for breakfast or when I want more fiber. It’s also one of the best snacks for hiking since it provides energy while satisfying hunger.
For taste, I rate the plain mixed nut crunch 4.2 out of 5 stars; the mixed nuts and white chocolate a 4.4 out of 5 stars and the mixed nuts and chocolate a 4.6 out of 5 stars. For nutrition, they all get top marks for my Think Thin review!
