1. Program a healthy and balanced diet. Water helps in the rehydration process, thus allowing the harmful and other unnecessary substances in the hair to be eventually flushed out. Avoid drinking anything containing caffeine as it contradicts the wonders made by the water.
3. Regular body exercise also helps to improve hair growth. Exercise regulates the blood flow circulation which is essential in stimulating the scalp for enhancing hair growth.
4. Massage your scalp regularly. Just like exercising, massage could help regulate blood circulation in the scalp. If possible, use natural oils such as coconut oil and olive oil in the scalp and the hair. These oils will prevent the hair from drying and will promote softness and silkiness.
5. Choose a shampoo and the right hair products for your hair. Shampoos and hair products are not designed to suit on all types of hair. Variations are made in order to fit different hair types and structures. Make sure to stick to something that you find most compatible for you. You need not immunize yourself over something you believe is not meant for you.
6. Avoid stress and other factors that may cause hair loss or disturbed hair growth due to irregular blood flow. If environment makes it impossible for you to get rid of stressful activities, make sure to take in supplements that could minimize stress.
