The New England Patriots have been in the news for years. They have been a fabulous team, with strong players, a fierce coach and Superbowl wins. Of course that is newsworthy. Then there was also the whole “Spygate” thing where the New England Patriots were caught video taping New York Jets coaches signals. Not such a great way to get yourself in the news, but it did.
Quarterback, Tom Brady of the New England Patriots, is in the news again today. Brady was involved in a car accident in Boston, Massachusetts this morning, Thursday September 9th, which happens to be the opening day for the NFL 2010 season. Brady was not far from his home when this two-vehicle accident occurred.
Tom Brady was deemed “fine” and even attended his football practice after wards, however, the driver of the other vehicle had to be hospitalized, but that is all the information at this time, 2:28pm EST.
The accident happened early, at 6:34am. Tom Brady was driving a sedan, and the other person who was hospitalized, was driving a passenger van.
