The Schnitzel Truck serves, what else? Schnitzel! They offer cod, chicken, and veal (weiner) schnitzel. As well as bratwursts and their famous Schnitz burger. (A breaded and deep fried bun.) All schnitzel is served with your choice of a condiment. Condiment choices include: pesto mayo, alfonso olive sauce, ginger scallion & garlic relish, tartar sauce, spicy sriracha mayo, and the standards such as ketchup, mustard and mayo. Schnitzel can be purchased as a sandwich or as a platter with a choice of two sides. Side choices include: australian potato salad, braised sauerkraut, cucumber salad, yukon gold french fries, chickpea salad, roasted beats & feat salad, and mesculun salad.

The Cravings Truck serves delicious Taiwanese food, particularly fried pork or fried chicken with their delicious secret pork sauce. They also serve fried tianbula (fish cake) over rice with their secret pork sauce, a zongzi and vegetariain zongzi (Chinese tamale) and a selection of delicious appetizers such as pork dumplings and seaweed salad. Devotees of this truck know to order the “porken” which is a piece of friend pork and a piece of fried chicken over rice with their secret pork sauce.

Frites & Meats
Frites and Meats offers delicious burgers and fries. You choose your type of meat (grass fed angus or wagyu “American Kobe”, bun (brioche, potato-onion, or sesame seed), cheese (gruyere, goat, brie, cheddar, or goat) and toppings for your burger (raw onion, mesculan greens, and tomato are all free; savory onion jam, garlicy guacomole, applewood smoked baon, and over roasted tomato are all 75 cents each). Then decide if you want fries and what special dipping sauce you want with them. Dipping sauces available are: garlic aioli, spicy chilli aioli, blue cheese, sundried tomato aioli, or horseradish aioli. Frites and Meats recently included the addition of chilli and cheese for their fries. Frites & Meats also offers a special burger of the week.

Mexicue is a new truck that combines the flavors of barbecue with Mexican favorites. The truck got off to a slow start with some mixed reviews, but they underwent a renovation of their menu and have been getting rave reviews ever since. They even received a “Rookie of the Year” nomination at the 2010 Vendys.
