The weekend of Halloween offers a many trick-or-treating events in Maryland. This a great alternative if you do not want to or cannot go trick-or-treat around the neighborhood. You can also attend these events in addition to your regular trick-or-treating. You can find trick-or-treating events offered on both October 30th and October 31st, to give families more trick-or-treating time.

October 30th, 2010.
The Avenue at White Marsh.
The Avenue at White Marsh is located at 8125 Honeygo Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21236. The trick-or-treating will start at 3pm and will last.
The Mall in Columbia.
Family-Friendly Halloween Events.
The Mall in Columbia is located at 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD, 21044. This event will take place from 10am to 12pm. There will be a magic show at 10am, followed by trick-or-treating at 11am.
Marley Station Boo Bash.
Marley Station is located at 7900 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. This event will take place from 6pm to 8pm. Stores participating in the mall wide trick-or-treating will have Jack-o-Lantern signs in their stores, so that you will know which stores are participating. The Boo Bash itself will be held in the Center Court of the mall.
October 31st, 2010.
Mall-O-Ween Trick or Treat.
Eastpoint Mall is located at 7839 Eastpoint Mall Baltimore, MD 21224. They will be holding a Trick-or-Treating event on Halloween from 3pm to 5pm.
Lakeforest Mall is located at 701 Russell Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. They will be holding a mall trick-or-treat event from 1pm to 3pm.
The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore.
The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore is located at Druid Hill Park, Baltimore, MD, 21217. This event is held from October 29th to October 31st, from 10am to 4pm, with the general paid Baltimore Zoo admission. There will be a trick-or-treating event, as well as carnival games, entertainment, and more.
Trick-or-treating events in Maryland are safe and sometimes include other activities as well. Some are free and some are included with a paid admission into the location.
