Season 4, Episode 61 “The Good Fight“
A hilarious true life moment in the series came in the middle of this episode. Carrie and Aidan have moved in after her building goes co-op. Aidan bought both her and the apartment next door so they can move in and have a bigger space, after her knocks down the wall that separates the two apartments. Carrie already feeling quite boxed in amongst Aidan’s boxes, finds out the apartment that Aidan purchased will not be ready for another month. When she expresses her dismay he agrees and announces they should get rid of unnecessary items. When Carrie realizes he is rearranging her designer gems and even suggesting she get rid of some she starts to sweat. When she catches Pete chewing on her favorite Turquoise $380.00 Manolo Blahnik’s Circa 1996 she has a fit and the funniest feud ensues.
Season 6, Episode 86 “One“
A moment everyone was impatiently waiting for took place here. Finally Miranda somehow gets the nerve to tell Steve she loves him. Finding themselves in close quarters in the laundry room while trying to put candles on Brady’s cake, she blurts it out. Steve tells her that she is the one and they seal it with a kiss.
Season 6, Episode 80 “Hop, Skip and a Week“
After Harry breaks up with Charlotte she finds herself at a Jewish singles meet and greet. Some lady from the synagogue is trying to fix her up with her sons but alas, she only has eyes for Harry. Charlotte realizes she is just not over him and decides to leave she looks up and their he is, her Harry. She approaches him apologizes and asks him to please call her sometime as the tears well up. Such a tear jerker of a moment which only requires more tissues as he delivers his response.
Season 6, Episode 86, “One”
Smith expresses to Samantha that he likes a women to be “all natural”, and that she should not shave. Samantha goes along with his request until she finds a gray hair “down there” and decides to dye the area. It doesn’t go as well she planned and she takes Carrie into the bathroom to let her know she is no longer Samantha she will now be known as, Bozo the Bush.
Season 4, Episode 50, “The Real Me”
This clip from season four sums up Carrie in a nutshell and the message the show has taught it’s many fans. She is asked to walk the runway in a fashion show that features regular New Yorkers, she is hesitant at first. When she realizes it would be a chance for her to be up close to the models she idolizes in her fashion magazines, she jumps at the chance. Looking absolutely stunning in nothing but jeweled panties and a blazer those 6 foot divas have nothing on the petite little tight body.
However Carrie encounters a little misstep and is forced to face her fears.
