Week 10 – QB Rankings
1. Peyton Manning – Ind = Cin
Even though Manning doubled his interception total for the season last week when he threw 2 picks, his 16 touchdowns to just 4 interceptions this season is outstanding. Add in virtually no running game for the Colts offense, and Manning should be looking at another game of near 50 passing attempts, which should tally up stats in the range of 300 passing yards and 2 touchdowns.
2. Ben Roethlisberger – Pit = NE
Facing a New England secondary that just got taken to town by Colt McCoy and the Browns offense last week, Roethlisberger definitely makes for a solid QB starter in all fantasy football leagues this week. 250-300 passing yards and 2 touchdowns is easily within reach for Roethlisberger in this game.
3. Michael Vick – Phi = @Was
After an excellent return from injury for Vick in last weeks game, it looks like Vick is worthy of being trusted as a top fantasy football QB right now. Combine in the fact that the Redskins defense has been awful against the pass this season, allowing an average of 280 passing yards per game, and Vick could be pushing stats in the range of 200-250 passing yards, 1-2 passing touchdowns, and the potential for 25-50 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown is within reach as well.
4. Eli Manning – NYG = Dal
Considering that the Dallas defense is in complete disarray, and just got pummeled by the Green Bay Packers offense last week, there is little reason to believe that Eli Manning and the Giants offense will not destroy the Dallas defense this week as well. And realistically, there is no defensive player on the Cowboys defense that can cover Hakeem Nicks right now. Manning should be looking at an easy 250-300 passing yards and 2 touchdowns.
5. Joe Flacco – Bal = @Atl
Going up against a Falcons defense that has been solid against the run and weak against the pass this season, the Ravens offense should turn to Flacco for a hefty amount of passing attempts in this game. Add in the fact that Flacco has been outstanding in the past six games, combining for a total of 11 touchdown passes to just 1 interception while tallying an average of over 250 passing yards per game, and it looks like we can expect Flacco to be pushing stats in the range of 250-300 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns this week.
6. Matt Ryan – Atl = Bal
Against a Ravens defense that has struggled against the pass this season, Ryan could be looking at stats in the range of 250 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns. And if Roddy White is in fact 100% healthy, then Ryan is a pretty safe bet for those stats in this game.
7. David Garrard – Jac = Hou
A matchup at home against the Texans who offer the worst passing defense in the NFL this season could result in fantasy football gold for teams this week. Fresh off the bye and with health back on his side, Garrard could easily be pushing stats in the range of 250 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns.
8. Kyle Orton – Den = KC
With the likelyhood that the Denver defense gives up a good amount of points to the Chiefs offense this week, Orton could easily be playing keepup as he passes the ball down the field. 300 passing yards and 2 touchdowns is definitely possible in what could be a high scoring game.
9. Matt Schaub – Hou = @Jac
Outstanding matchup for Schaub and the Texans passing offense, but at this point in the season, Schaub is anything but a safe bet. Consider Schaub a QB with outstanding upside and boom potential, but just don’t get too comfortable and expect it to happen.
10. Ryan Fitzpatrick – Buf = Det
Racking up passing yards and touchdowns like he has been a starting QB in the NFL for years, Fitzpatrick is unlikely to slow down his pace this week with a matchup against the Lions defense in store. 250 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns is definitely within reach.

12. Tom Brady – NE = @Pit
13. Jay Cutler – Chi = Min
14. Donovan McNabb – Was = Phi
15. Josh Freeman – TB = Car
16. Sam Bradford – StL = @SF
