Mark Sanchez – NYJ = @Buf / 42%
After back to back excellent weeks from Sanchez and the Jets passing attack, a matchup against the Bills could very easily keep Sanchez on a roll. If you are a Tony Romo owner and are in need of a spot starting QB this week, Sanchez should be your number one waiver wire pickup choice. 200-250 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns is possible.
Bruce Gradkowski – Oak = Hou / 5%
DEEP SLEEPER ALERT —-
As has been the case throughout his career, Gradkowski took the offensive reigns and did his job very well last week. Better yet, a matchup at home against the worst passing defense in the NFL so far this season in the Texans, could mean Gradkowski turns into fantasy football gold this week. It is not impossible to imagine Gradkowski tallying 250 passing yards and 1-2 touchdowns in this game.
David Garrard – Jac = Ind / 28%
Yes Garrard has been nearly awful this season, but a matchup against the Colts secondary could very easily reverse his misfortunes this week. And if Kyle Orton can tally 476 passing yards against the Colts last week, then you have to believe there is some potential for a decent game from Garrard this week. 200 passing yards and 1 touchdown.
Matt Hasselbeck – Sea = @StL / 38%
The Rams defense has actually been somewhat good so far this season, so this is by no means an easy runaway matchup for Hasselbeck this week. However we are talking about the Rams defense, so anything is possible.

Chad Henne – Mia = NE / 43%
After watching Ryan Fitzpatrick pick apart the New England secondary, Henne actually has some hope for a decent game this week.
Sam Bradford – StL = Sea / 26%
Just three games into the season, and Bradford has clearly played better than anyone could have expected from a rookie QB coming off of a shoulder injury college. A matchup at home clearly helps his cause this week, but lets hope the injury to running back Steven Jackson is not significant. Otherwise defenses have no reason to be honest against the Rams running game anymore.
Hey Remember Seeing This Last Week In This RB Pickup Section????
BenJarvis Green-Ellis – NE = Buf / 1%
DEEP SLEEPER ALERT —-
Ok forget about Fred Taylor, or Kevin Faulk, or even Sammy Morris for that matter. Green-Ellis is the Patriots running back of the future….and the soon to be present. So if your team has virtually no RB depth, go out and pick up Green-Ellis this week. The reward could be huge!
BenJarvis Green-Ellis – NE = @Mia / 10%
If you did not heed my advice last week and go grab Green-Ellis, well nice job….lol. And if you did listen and go grab him as a free agent like I said you should, go ahead and pat yourself on the back right now. Anyway, the performance by Green-Ellis last week is exactly what I expected of him, and I would not be surprised if he takes over the starting RB job full time for the Patriots from here on out. 50-100 rushing yards is possible, and a touchdown is not out of the question either.
Justin Forsett – Sea = @StL / 61%
Solid matchup, and Forsett is finally receiving a good amount of rushing attempts in the Seahawks offense. Numbers in the range of 50-75 rushing yards is likely, with a touchdown possible as well.
Peyton Hillis – Cle = Cin / 46%
Hillis exploded against the Ravens defense last week to the tune of 144 rushing yards and 1 touchdown, so if Jerome Harrison is once again out for this game and Hillis gets the starting nod, there is plenty of potential for a decent stat day from Hillis again this week.

Laurence Maroney – Den = @Ten / 36%
With Knowshon Moreno out, it looks like the starting RB job will be Maroney’s to lose. In terms of matchups this week, Maroney has nothing special to deal with, but stats in the range of 50-80 rushing yards is definitely possible if Moreno is once again out. Not to mention the goal line work is Maroney’s as well.
John Kuhn – GB = Det / 10%
If you are thinking realistically, then the question is not whether the Packers will score a rushing touchdown this week against the Lions defense, but rather who that someone will be. Brandon Jackson or John Kuhn? And at around just 10% owned in 10 team fantasy football leagues, Kuhn is a solid starting flex play this week if you need someone. On the upside, stats in the range of 50 rushing yards and 1 touchdown is possible for Kuhn this week.
Kenneth Darby – StL = Sea / 6%
If Steven Jackson is out for any amount of time, Darby is the next RB in line for the Rams.
Willis McGahee – Bal = @Pit / 31%
If Ray Rice is out for any amount of time, McGahee is the next RB in line for the Ravens.
Louis Murphy – Oak = Hou / 29%
The insertion of Bruce Gradkowski at QB has clearly been a lifesaver for Murphy so far this season. Now add in a matchup at home against the worst passing defense in the NFL this week against the Houston Texans, and Murphy is pushing a top 10 WR ranking in all fantasy football leagues for this week. At 29% owned in 10 team leagues, Murphy is a downright steal on the waiver wire this week. Go grab Murphy with confidence, and feel free to start him as your WR2 this week. Now just hope the Raiders stick with Gradkowski at QB, and all should be well in fantasy football Raider Nation.
Brandon Lloyd – Den = @Ten / 31%
A career game last week has Lloyd’s fantasy football stock on the rise this week, but who knows whether he can sustain it out not. Especially considering all the receiving options in Denver right now: Eddie Royal, Demaryius Thomas and Jabar Gaffney. However if your fantasy football team needs WR help, grabbing Lloyd is definitely not your worst option.
Braylon Edwards – NYJ = @Buf / 68%
Honestly, you just cannot predict what Edwards will do. But with a matchup against the Bills, Edwards is a decent flyer pickup for this week. Just do not ‘expect’ anything certain from Edwards, as he has been known to become invisible in games where you would anticipate him doing well.

Lance Moore – NO = Car / 11%
Moore clearly found his stride with Drew Brees last week. With so many options in New Orleans it is hard to expect Moore to be a weekly starter for fantasy football teams, but with a home matchup against the Panthers in store for this week, Moore is definitely worth a look-see and spot start as a flex player.
Darrius Heyward-Bey – Oak = Hou / 7%
DEEP SLEEPER ALERT —-
If the Texans secondary somehow finds a way to cover Louis Murphy in this game, then the speedy Heyward-Bey should be the guy who benefits the most for the Raiders. So if you need to take a deep flyer on someone at WR, Heyward-Bey is the perfect target. A career game could be in store if all goes well.
Jerricho Cotchery – NYJ = @Buf / 40%
Mike Thomas – Jac = Ind / 11%
Blair White – Ind = @Jac / 0%
Jabar Gaffney – Den = @Ten / 27%
Dustin Keller – NYJ = @Buf / 67%
Seemingly on a mission with Mark Sanchez over the past two weeks, Keller should continue to connect with Sanchez for at least half a dozen receptions in this game. It would not be surprising to see Keller end with a stat line in the range of 75-125 receiving yards and 1-2 touchdowns in this game. Owned in just 67% of leagues is downright criminal.
Zach Miller – Oak = Hou / 72%
Assuming Bruce Gradkowski sticks as the Raiders QB for this game, Miller should enjoy a solid stat day against what has been an atrocious Houston pass defense that has allowed an astonishing 368 passing yards per game so far this season. 50-100 receiving yards and 1 touchdown can easily be expected from Miller this week.
John Carlson – Sea = @StL / 61%
After a solid game last week for Carlson, a matchup against the Rams is not the worst possible scenario. 50-80 receiving yards is likely, with a touchdown not out of the question either.
Jermaine Gresham – Cin = @Cle / 33%
A matchup against the Browns this week could easily be the coming out party for Gresham. If you need a spot starting TE this week because of a bye week to your current starter, then Gresham is a guy you want to give a look to.
Aaron Hernandez – NE = @Mia / 32%
With Tom Brady as his QB, Hernandez is all about potential right now. With three solid games under his belt to open the season, Hernandez’s fantasy football ownership percentage has slowly gone up, and it seems like just a matter of time before it skyrockets. If you have a question mark at all about your TE position, go grab Hernandez right now.
