I had heard some rumors that some of the cast of Glee were getting a little too big for their britches and there had been some creative difference problems. So when Mr. Schuester announced that Puck has gone to Juvi and a new guy has joined the Glee Club I feared the worst for the Puck Character. So I of course had to do my research.
It turns out that there were a lot of rumors going on about Mark Salling who plays Puck. Some people were saying that other projects were getting in the way of Glee and that they were causing a rift between Sailing and producers.
While it is true that Sailing is currently working on his first solo album according to several online sites this is not causing a rift and Sailing will still be a member of the cast of Glee and Puck will be returning after a couple of episodes. They also say that his cast mates are very supportive of his album. In fact other members of the cast plan to make solo albums as well, and why shouldn’t they?
Also missing from last night’s Duet episode were Jane Lynch who plays Sue Sylvester and Jayma Mays who plays Emma. Sometimes characters are just not in certain episodes for what ever reason.
Last nights Duet episode may not have had the comic relief as an episode with Sue Sylvester or extremely heart hitting issues but it did feature cast members who often don’t get to sing where thier voice are actually heard very often which was nice. Even the Michael Chang character got to flex his vocal muscles a bit which is something that has never been shown on Glee.
Proof that Mark Salling will be returning as Puck can be seen on the Fox Networks web site where there is a picture of Puck prominatly displayed and his name and character are still prominately featured in the cast of characters.
