Since I started working from home as a writer, I have learned that there are a lot of opportunities out there. Here are my 10 favorite places to write. Every single one of these places is legit and I have been paid by them for work. They all pay via PayPal. These are perfect sites to make a part time or full time income from your pajamas in the comfort of your own home. It is a great job for stay at home moms, people on disability, or anyone trying to supplement an income.
1. Associated Content – This is the site that you have found now. They let you write on anything your heart desires. You can even publish fiction on here. Many things offer an upfront payment and you can earn residual earnings on everything that you write for them. They are my favorite site! They have a featured program where you can earn more money once you establish yourself with some articles.
2. Textbroker – This site is wonderful for people who are new to writing. You can write in various categories and they rate how well you do. If they really like your writing, you will have the opportunity to make more money on here. This was the first site I ever worked with and it gave me confidence to apply for others.
3. Wordgigs – They offer various articles. They are not always hiring, but you can put your email address in and they will email you as soon as they hire again. This is a favorite of many people who work at home.
4. Brighthub – You need to specialize in something to write for them such as pets, teaching, or finance. They pay $10 per article plus residuals on the things you write for them.
5. Break Studios – This site pays $8 per article. They are wonderful to work with and your articles go on their various sites.
6. The Content Authority – You can advance on this site as well depending on how well you do with your writing. They also offer rewrites for a change of pace.
7. Writer Access – Here you can get right articles and tips. The pay is really good for quality work.
8. Merchant Circle – They offer payment for various assignments that are used for their site.
9. Demand Studios – On Demand Studios, you will make some of the best money possible. They also expect a lot out of you so my advice is to test the waters at a few other places before putting in your application here.
10. Factoidz – On here, you only get paid bonuses and residuals, but it is a good site. Once you have something posted here for 30 days, you can put it somewhere else as well.
