I have recently been hired with a work from home company after months of researching! 4. Complete Your Application Profile
5. Enter Demographic Information
6. Test Your Voice Quality
Once all of these steps are completed a Convergys Corporation recruiter will contact you through either e-mail and will let you know that they are either interested and want to interview you via telephone or they will let you know that you did not qualify at this time for the home agent position. If they contact you for an interview and you pass then you will get e-mails from their background and credit check vendors and you will also have to fill out IRS tax forms etc…
They offer paid training, an hourly wage and benefits which is a big plus considering you are doing all of this from home. If you are disciplined, organized and have great customer service skills then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
